(Americas) Inc. History
Jain (Americas),
Inc. formerly known as Ex-cel Manufacturing,
Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jain
Irrigation Systems, one of the largest
manufacturers of drip irrigation systems in the
world.
Jain (Americas), Inc. commenced operations in
Columbus, Ohio in 1992 serving the sign, display
and graphic arts industries with extruded
_Polycarbonate sheets and two types of PVC
sheets: Free Foam and Integral Foam (Celuka
process); quickly gaining the acceptance of
plastic distributors in the Americas.
In 1999 Jain (Americas), Inc. entered the
building materials industry providing sheet
stock to several companies for the manufacture
of trim board and related products sold to the
building industry under their own labels.
In 2002 Jain introduced Ex-cel®, which now
offers the most complete line of PVC products.
Offerings range from panels and trim boards to
beaded sheets, corner boards and even moulding
profiles.
With over 150,000 square feet of manufacturing
and warehousing space Jain (Americas), Inc.
serves the building and graphic arts industries
with Free Foam in thickness from .040 to 1-1/4”
and celuka from 3/8” to 1-3/16” with emphasis on
serving customers with special requirements.
Currently Jain Americas has the combined
capacity to produce in excess of 60,000 MT of
expanded PVC foam and 10,000 MT of Polycarbonate
annually. Whether signs or displays, panels or
trim boards, there are millions of square feet
of Ex-cel® products currently installed
throughout the country.
